Basically just mix the dry ingredients together ... As for the cocoa powder, you can ask for it at any cake shop around you .. Unsweetened pls.

Oya combine all the wet and dry ingredients together. If you followed my measurements, you should have a very light, smooth & runny batter.

For those of you having an oven, you might want to skip this pot step. When you are done baking ... No need for decoration ... You can Chop your thing like that.
But allow it cool first so you will not burn mouth
If you want to do some wuruwuru decoration like I did ..
